As per national legislation, we recycle paper/cardboard, plastic bottles, food waste, batteries, and glass as well as light bulbs, paint cans and oil. Our bathroom amenities are produced in recyclable aluminium tubes to avoid the use of single-use plastics. Recycle bins are present in all guest bedrooms and throughout all back-of-house offices. We strive to purchase restaurant items that are in glass or recyclable containers to avoid the use of single-use plastics wherever we can.
Food and Beverage
All of our food and beverage outlets use locally-sourced and organic produce wherever possible. We strive to use fair-trade suppliers and ecolabelled suppliers as much as we can.
