Be sure to try 'The Gimlet', one of the most iconic cocktails of the 20th Century, adding to the speakeasy feel of the bar and served with a flavoured smoke bubble for added theatrics. The majority of drinks are London inspired or created using locally-sourced products such as Chapel Down English sparkling wine from the vineyards in Kent.

Inspired by a range of different music, Billie has a beautifully unique style of singing - effortless, silky and soulful, and through years of experience performing, Billie has developed an elegance and confidence on stage that has seen her sing at some of London's most exclusive venues. Although Billie has enjoyed success in other areas, she loves nothing more than returning to her roots and singing her favorite jazz standards with her trio.
Hong Kong born, half Thai and half British Jazz and Soul singer, Danielle “Denquar” Chupak enthrals audiences with her elegant yet sophisticated rendition of performances across the world. With a theatrical background and having starred in Hong Kong Disneyland’s hit show, The Golden Mickeys, Danielle provides a special charm and highly credited musical knowledge to internationally renowned prestigious hotels, clubs and resorts.
A British composer and player with a different take on piano-trio jazz to many of his peers – he loves composition, classical and folk themes, and music that can clothe explicit stories. soon won the appraisal of the late Ronnie Scott who described Hutton as a ‘great British talent and a wonderfully natural pianist’. Alex has been playing with the cream of British Jazz scene for two decades and has become a world class accompaniment for vocalists. He can play in many styles and brings a wealth of musical knowledge to the bandstand.
